These workshops will be of great interest for those who manage any type of venue including: cultural centres, museums, galleries, rec centres or anyone who is looking for ideas on non-traditional spaces for arts presentations. Pre-registration required.
These back-to-back workshops are designed to lead participants through a process of gaining an understanding of what cultural tourism is and identify how it can support or challenge achieving goals that are mutually beneficial for the cultural sector and its audiences, residents and visitors.
Everyone is requested to bring a small gift – this will be part of getting know everyone on the first day. The gift can be an object that reflects the arts and culture you present or create in your community.
